Work Experience
For eight years Beth worked as Leisure Manager for Travel Syndicate-American Express in California, and later as Vice President, Operations and Marketing. She also worked for seven years as Senior Sales Counselor at NEIMAN MARCUS TRAVEL in Beverly Hills, and later managed it. At the high-end Neiman Marcus store, she coordinated her Travel office's marketing via semi-annual in-store promotions of the store's public relations department.
Beth also participated in the prestigious Neiman Marcus 'Designer Trunk Shows' to promote NEIMAN MARCUS TRAVEL products. These shows are where the latest haute couture are displayed. In addition, Beth spoke at Neiman Marcus store's 'In Circle' events, and at managers' meeting to, among others, promote travel and create incentive programs for store employees to encourage them to cross-sell travel to their top clients.

About Beth's Travels:
During Beth's undergraduate years, she circled the world as part of the semester at sea program (once sponsored by the University of Southern California) and visited many ports and countries.
Her travels include: Japan, Tokyo, Osaka, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, India, Mumbai, New Delhi, Taj Mahal, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Middle East, Greece, France, Paris, Provence, St. Tropez, Great Britain, Shakespeare's home (from the inside), Eton, Harrow, Oxford, Cambridge, London, Canada, Newfoundland, Alaska, Hawaii, Boston, Plymouth, Cape Cod, Hyannis, New York, Hamptons, The Liberty Bell, Valley Forge, Colonial Williamsburg, California, San Francisco, Carmel, Washington, Florida, etc.
Her husband's travels include: The Arctic Circle (at age 24+), Narvik, Bergen, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Munich, Paris, l'Universite d'Aix-Marseille, Pompeii, Venezia, Firenze, The Vatican, Pisa, Capri, Geneve, Basel, Zurich, St. Moritz, Maastricht, Brussels, Oxford, Cambridge, Shakespeare's home (from the inside), Elvis Presley's home (from the outside), The Louvre, Vars, St. Raphael, Cannes, St. Tropez, Cote d'Azur, Monaco, Vienna, Shalimar Gardens, Taj Mahal, Hearst Castle, Tokyo, Shinjuku, Roppongi, Hong Kong, Shanghai, the Forbidden City in Beijing, the Great Wall in China, etc.
Both, she and her husband circled the world separately when they were in their 20's. Also, before joining the travel-business Beth worked at an Ivy League university.
